Shanti Yoga for Beginner * 10 week course

The new SHANTI-Beginner’s group starts on WEDNESDAY 11 OCTOBER. We start with the basic Hatha yoga postures (“Rishikesh-series”), breathing techniques and a basic theoretic introduction to yoga (see below). The course is suitable for absolute beginners, or for those who want to deepen their knowledge about classical Hatha Yoga! Everyone is welcome!
Fee: 30 Euro for 10 weeks. Feel free to come to the first class and decide afterwards if you want to register!
