Shanti Yoga for Beginner * 10 week course

In our 10 week Shanti-Beginner course you will learn the very basics of Hatha Yoga! The classes focus on classical Hatha Yoga, including postures (Asana), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation and meditation. Classes are 90 minutes, held in English (and Albanian if needed) and the groups are not bigger than around 12 people.

The new SHANTI-Beginner’s group starts on WEDNESDAY 11 OCTOBER. We start with the basic Hatha yoga postures (“Rishikesh-series”), breathing techniques and a basic theoretic introduction to yoga (see below). The course is suitable for absolute beginners, or for those who want to deepen their knowledge about classical Hatha Yoga! Everyone is welcome!

Fee: 30 Euro for 10 weeks. Feel free to come to the first class and decide afterwards if you want to register!
