Opening remarks will be delivered by: Alexander Seidl, Regional Coordinator, Western Balkans of GIZ Migration Service Centres (DIMAK), labour migration and Germany’s return programme; Fahrije Ternava – Sheremeti, Department for Reintegration of Repatriated Persons, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Plator Avdiu, Researcher, Kosovar Center for Security Studies.
