Tour Program:

This two-day, all-inclusive retreat, organized by Butterfly Outdoor Adventure will take you to the heart of Albania’s wild Accursed Mountains to explore the timeless village of Theth and visit some of its most impressive places and objects. The journey begins early Saturday morning with a 3.5-hour bus journey from Prishtina to Albania’s historic northern city of Shkodra. After coffee and some of the city’s famed burek, we will switch to an off-road vehicle for the breathtaking three-hour journey to Theth, perched high in Valbona National Park.
After settling into the guesthouse, we will have a traditional dinner cooked by a local family. Afterwards, we will have first Yoga session.
The following day, after the breakfast and Yoga session, we will take a leisurely hike to discover the beautiful natural and man-made wonders around Theth: the village church, a nearby waterfall, “Kulla e ngujimit” and the canyon’s panoramic views. This hike will allow plenty of time to take pictures and interact with the village community.
The entire journey should last around 4-5 hours with some amazing views and yoga at a beautiful natural setting as your reward. Afterwards, we will return to Shkodra and then to Prishtina.
