Misioni i Klubit afarist frankofon të Kosovës (KOCAF) është të lehtësojë shkëmbimet dhe partneritetet ndërmjet vendeve frankofone dhe Kosovës. Ky klub gjithashtu promovon projekte dypalëshe investimi midis ndёrrmarjeve kosovare dhe frankofone.
Qëllimi i këtij forumi është që të promovojë shkëmbimet me operatorёt tregtarë të Kosovës dhe Shqipërisë dhe të shqyrtojë ngjashmëritë, marrëdhëniet dhe sfidat kyçe me qëllim të realizimit tё aktiviteteve tё tyre. Nëpërmjet këtyre diskutimeve, do të diskutohen tema të ndryshme lidhur me klimën e biznesit
Pjesa e parë e ditës do t’i kushtohet fjalëve hyrëse të nivelit të lartë nga zyrtarët kosovarë dhe të huaj, pasuar nga një tryezë e rrumbullakët ekspertësh. Takimet pasdite B me B do të organizohen së bashku me Bankën Evropiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim (EBRD) dhe Këshillin e Konsulentëve të Biznesit (BCC).

Le KOCAF (Club d’affaires francophone au Kosovo) a pour mission de faciliter les échanges et les partenariats entre les pays francophones et le Kosovo; Ce club favorise également les projets d’investissement bilatéraux entre les entreprises kosovares et francophones.
L’objectif de ce forum est de favoriser les échanges avec les opérateurs économiques du Kosovo et d’Albanie et passer en revue les similitudes, les interrelations et les principaux défis à relever afin de mener à bien leurs activités. Au travers de ces discussions, différents sujets concernant le climat des affaires seront abordés.
La matinée sera consacrée à une introduction de haut niveau par des officiels kosovars mais aussi étrangers, suivie d’une table-ronde d’experts. L’après-midi des rencontres B to B seront organisées conjointement avec la Banque européenne pour la Reconstruction et le Développement (BERD) et le Business Consultants Council (BCC).
