Si rrjedhojë\, përveq pozitave të cekura në broshurat e dërguara\, janë të hapura edhe pozitat tjera për ata me performance të dalluar. \nMë poshtë po ju rikujtojmë edhe njëherë rreth programit Junior Professional:\nViva Fresh sh.p.k në vazhdimësi ka qenë e interesuar në rekrutim të personelit cilësorë dhe me potencial zhvillimi. Kjo ka bërë që së fundmi të zhvillojmë dhe ta formalizojmë këtë qasje me programin tonë më të ri ‘Junior Professionals’. \nProgrami në fjalë ka për qëllim ta avancojë akademinë dhe stafin aktual duke marr në punë studentë të cilët kërkojnë që eksperiencën e të mësuarit ta bëjnë edhe në praktikë. Secilit grup prej 10 personash i caktohet një Mentor i cili përcjell punën e tyre dhe identifikon potencialin e tyre për punësim të mundshëm në të ardhmen në kompaninë tonë.\nKy është program 3-6 mujor me eleminime në baza mujore dhe tre mujore ku më të mirët shperblehen me mundësi punësimi në pozita të ndryshme në Viva Fresh.
