SUMMARY:Kosovo Learning Summit
DESCRIPTION:THEME:\nThis year we are wanting to explore how design thinking can help focus teaching and learning in the classroom and throughout the school. It is easy to get overwhelmed with all the needs we are faced with\, but hope that by exploring a thinking structure we will find empowerment and successful strategies. How do we go about selecting appropriate technology to integrate? Why is it important to consciously consider how to build empathy with our students? How do we decide what goals we should target when there are so many? What connections can we make between ourselves so that we share this responwsibility and learn from each other? How can we use technology and the mindset of global service to our benefit of deep learning? \nLOCATION:\nThe American School of Kosova is located in Shkabaj and is one kilometer from the new American Embassy in Prishtina\, just off the highway to Mitrovice. \nOVERVIEW:\nThis conference will take place over the weekend of February 28-29 from 8:00-16:00. Participants will receive 15 hours of Professional Development and training and a certificate of completion. Registration Deadline is February 20\, 2020 and is limited to 250 participants. Është e lehtë të mërzitemi me të gjitha nevojat që jemi ballafaquar\, por shpresojmë që duke eksploruar një strukturë të mendimit ne do të gjejmë fuqizim dhe strategji të suksesshme. Si mundemi të zgjedhim teknologjinë e duhur për t’u integruar? Pse është e rëndësishme të konsiderojmë në mënyrë të ndërgjegjshme si të ndërtojmë ndjeshmëri tek nxënësit? Si mund të vendosim cilat qëllime duhet të synojmë kur ka kaq shumë? Çfarë lidhjesh duhet të krijojmë ndërmjet vetëvetes që të mund ta ndajmë këtë përgjegjësi dhe të mësojmë nga njëri-tjetri? Si mund ta përdorim teknologjinë dhe mentalitetin e shërbimit global në dobi tonë të mësimnxënies së thellë? \nLOKACIONI:\nAmerican School of Kosova gjendet në Shkabaj dhe është një kilometër larg ambasadës së re amerikane\, në hyrje të autostradës për Mitrovicë. \nPËRMBLEDHJE:\nKjo konferencë do të mbahet fundjavën e fundit të shkurtit më 28 dhe 29 shkurt prej orës 8:00-16:00. Pjesëmarrësit do të mbajnë 15 orë të zhvillimit profesional dhe do të pajisen me një çertifikatë që dëshmon pjesëmarrjen e tyre në “Kosovo Learning Summit”.
