DESCRIPTION:“Architecture Through the Butterfly Effect”\n(Short experimental film)\nPresentation and experiment by: BENART SHALA \nAuthor’s note:\n“Main purpose of the short movie is reflecting the experimental aspect of the butterfly effect within a local space. The idea of the involvement of the butterfly effect (derived from the chaos theory)\, is a free will that\, as Nietzsche explained (intoxication of the strong will)\, gives a major impact to the future architecture. Compiling a system\, a complex one that push us architects more into designing something that can be distinguished from the architecture of the present and the past. This is where the museum steps in. The museum serves only as a tool for the main idea\, it’s designed in a not specific pathway that the visitor needs to follow\, rather it chooses its own path that gives a different ending to the museum. The other location of some perspectives of the modified museum is a basic example of the effect\, if we were allowed to construct such structure in the middle of the Rhine river\, we wouldn’t have this type of location. My conclusion is for the future architecture\, to be designed in a way that the user will have a unique perception of the architecture.” \nFollowers of the Future Architecture website and social media have selected their favourite idea\, Architecture through the butterfly effect\, by Benart Shala (Kosovo). Benart’s idea explores the phenomenon whereby a minute localized change in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere\, experiencing it in architecture throughout history.
