The Tournament will be held from 24th – 26th of November in Pristina.

Team Cap: 32 (n-1 rule applies)
Rounds: 5 preliminary rounds, break to semis
Reg fee: 50e p/p for debaters, and 30e p/p without accommodation.
30e p/p for adjudicators with accommodation.
Reg includes: 2 nights in Pristina, meals included and coffee breaks
