Opening remarks will be delivered by: Fitore Pacolli, Member of Parliament, Levizja Vetevendosje, Leonora Kryeziu, Executive Director, Prishtina Institute of Political Studies (PIPS), Agon Maliqi, Policy Analyst and Donika Emini, Executive Director, CiviKos.
